Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified via email.


Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume periods


Shipping Delays & Notifications

In rare cases, shipping or delivery may be delayed.

If a delay occurs:

  • Customers will be notified via email as soon as possible

  • Tracking updates will be provided when available

Delays do not qualify an order for automatic cancellation or refund once the order has been shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

A lack of immediate tracking updates does not indicate non-shipment.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to address errors

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to reship.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier:

  • Delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.


Order Cancellation & Disputes

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

If a dispute or chargeback is filed while an order is in transit, we reserve the right to allow the shipping and carrier process to complete before issuing any resolution.
